Return/Cancellation policy
Sales are generally considered final; however each case will be evaluated on an individual basis. Memberships or subscriptions can always be cancelled; however, refunds are dependent on the length of time the membership or subscription has been in place. Please contact customer service with your refund/cancellation request. Books are warranted against defect or damage and will be replaced upon notification. Shipping policy
Most books or merchandise will be shipped within (2) business days of the order. Books often include shipping and handling charges in the stated price, and should be so noted on the sales page.
